The brocollini pictured is pure organic goodness I bought at Natural Grocers. I sauteed it in the skillet with some grassfed butter, and it turned out wonderfully. I would describe it as a blend of broccoli and asparagus. And as cute as the little white flower is, I picked it off before eating, because I am really not sure how edible their flowers are!
