Brazil nuts are like little multivitamins. They are so nutrient dense, and way more fun to eat then just popping another pill. I just keep a bag around, and try to eat a small handful every day. Make sure you get raw, organic nuts however, as you want to get the most out of them. Organic-grown nuts have more of the nutrients, as they are not stripped away by chemicals and depleted soil. Eating them raw guarantees that they are not denatured by heat.

I just eat them by themselves, but you can use them however you would any other nuts, such as on a salad, or ground up as a garnish on top of a cup of yogurt or even a main course dish.
